Ease back into the things you enjoy.
Hands-on treatment, exercise and practical advice for back, neck and joint pain, without the trip to a clinic.
Can physio at home help with back, neck or joint pain?
The short answer
Yes. Yoshiki finds out where the pain comes from and what makes it worse, then uses hands-on treatment, exercise and advice to ease it and keep you moving. Working in your home means we can also look at the chair, bed, garden and daily jobs that affect your pain.
Who it helps.
- Back or neck pain
- Arthritis in the hips, knees, hands or spine
- Shoulder pain
- Ongoing aches that stop you doing things you enjoy
- Pain that makes getting to a clinic hard
What a visit involves.
- Questions about your pain, your health and what you'd like to get back to
- A check of how you move, and your strength
- Hands-on treatment where it helps, and exercises to keep you moving
- Practical changes at home: chair height, bed, gardening and daily tasks
Why at home?
Pain often shows up in everyday jobs: hanging out washing, weeding, getting out of a low chair. Seeing those jobs in your home lets us change how you do them, not just treat the sore spot.
Paying for it.
Private visits from $120, with health fund rebates claimed on the spot. These can help pay too:
